This way, we can support each other through the healing process and create a more cohesive, supportive environment for everyone involved.

The number of sessions it will take to process your birth trauma can vary depending on your unique experience and needs. However, I typically like to work in a similar format to my EMDR intensives, which involve 5, 90-minute sessions. This allows us to dive deep into the trauma and create meaningful progress in a focused and supportive way. Of course, we can always reassess as we go, and I will tailor the approach to what feels right for you.
